IIP-94-08 OF CARL FINK <br /> (C/O KENNETH CHOO) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Use Permit application to establish of a <br /> golf driving range with a pro shop. The project site is located <br /> at the southwest corner of West Lane and Harney Lane, south of <br /> Lodi, and is proposed to be served by on-site services. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and intends to recommend to the Planning <br /> Commission that it be approved subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance <br /> of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. This approval shall be for the establishment of a golf <br /> driving range on a twelve-acre portion of a thirty-acre <br /> site. The approved project shall include the use of a <br /> mc:oile trailer as a pro shop. <br />
