IIP-94-08 OF CARL FINK (C/O KENNETH CHOO) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The request is for a Use Permit application to establish of a golf driving range with a pro shop. The project site is located at the southwest corner of West Lane and Harney Lane, south of Lodi, and is proposed to be served by on-site services. The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- referenced application and intends to recommend to the Planning Commission that it be approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Conditions of Approval: 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: a. This approval shall be for the establishment of a golf driving range on a twelve-acre portion of a thirty-acre site. The approved project shall include the use of a mc:oile trailer as a pro shop.
