Analysis <br /> Water, Sewer and Drainage <br /> The applicant proposes natural drainage, a chemical toilet, and no water supply. At some time in the <br /> future, the applicant has indicated that a well and a septic system will be installed. On-site drainage is <br /> required by Section 9-1135.4(c) of the Development Title. The Uniform Building Code requires that a well <br /> and septic system be provided if the proposed mobile office is put on the site. <br /> Surfacing Requirements <br /> The applicant is proposing chip seal for the project's main circulation drive. It is recommended that major <br /> truck circulation/maneuvering areas be paved.
