DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEMORANDUM <br /> UP-91-20 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> The following information will be required from the applicant in <br /> order for staff to accept and process a full application for the <br /> proposed use: <br /> complete details regarding the proposed phasing of the <br /> project and the elements of the project that will be <br /> included in each phase; <br /> o an estimate of the timing of the specific phases; <br /> an estimate of the number of boats and users of the <br /> facility at present, during each subsequent phase, and at <br /> buildout; <br /> details of the 24" diameter "culbert;" <br /> an estimate of the amount of fill and excavation that <br /> will occur as a result of this project, as well as the <br /> type of equipment that will be used, the methods of <br /> excavation, and the excavation schedule; and <br /> a discussion of future development on this property. <br /> In order for the full application to be accepted as complete, it <br /> will have to consistent with the requirements contained in the Use <br /> Permit application. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform <br /> prospective applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning <br /> consistency, public improvement requirements, preliminary design <br /> constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety <br /> issues. This information is provided in the hope of assisting the <br /> applicant in submitting a better and more complete application, as <br /> well as minimizing processing time. It is not intended to be an <br /> in-depth analysis, and an environmental assessment is not <br /> completed. The applicant should be aware that a detailed review <br /> will not be done until the full application is submitted. Also, if <br /> new or additional information is obtained, a revised application or <br /> Environmental Impact Report may be required. <br /> RL/KA <br />
