Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health Division <br /> for a sewage treatment plant or a sewage disposal system for <br /> the entire development. The plans must be designed by a <br /> Registered Engineer. <br /> b. Obtain discharge requirements form the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to <br /> development. <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> d. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County rules and regulations. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 10 <br />
