Waterloo Road <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Mr. Sidhu: <br /> Re: Revisions of Approved Actions for Site Approval Application No. SA-96-9 of Gurpal Sidhu (APN: 143- <br /> 140-30; 3032 E. Waterloo Road, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On October 14, 1998, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> revised Conditions of Approval No. 1.c. and 1.h.(1) for SA-96-9, as follows: <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> C. APPROVED USE: This approval is for truck and trailer rentals for up to five six trucks <br /> and two three trailers. The trucks shall be no longer than 24 feet (use type: automotive <br /> sales and services, automotive rentals). This approval is an addition to the existing <br /> mini-mart and gasoline sales. <br /> h. (1) SCREENING: A solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height shall be erected <br /> along the western 46 feet of the south property line of the project site. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The 10- <br /> day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on October 24, 1998, which is the effective date of approval.
