(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Minnesota Methane APN: 093-440-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Waverly Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application.
