Section 9-115.315, Chapter 9-1.15, Division 1, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 9-115_315 Adult Entertainment The Adult Entertainment use type refers to those establishments primarily engaged in either the selling or renting of sexually explicit materials, eF the showing of Y -rated motion pictures, the selling of anv food or beverage served by em2lovees that are oartially or totally nude or conducting live entertainment wherein an emolovee or performer engages in oarrial or total nudity. A business is considered to be primarily engaged in the above activities if it receives twenty nve oercent (25%) or more or its Dross revenue from or devote twenty dve percent (25%1) or more of the stock on hand or twenty dve percent i') or more of the gross floor area to such activity, Such establishments exclude minors by reason of age. Typical uses include adult bookstores, aF adult movie theaters. topless bars, and iuice bars. Section Y.
