The Adult Entertainment use type refers to those establishments <br /> primarily engaged in either the selling or renting of sexually explicit materials,err the showing of X-rated motion <br /> pictures, the selling of any food or beverage served by employees that are partially or totally nude, or <br /> conducting live entertainment wherein an employee or performer engages in partial or total nudity. A business <br /> is considered to be primarily engaged in the above activities if it receives twenty five percent (25%) or more of <br /> its gross revenue from or devote twenty five percent(25%) or more of the stock on hand or twenty five percent <br /> (25%) or more of the gross floor area to such activity. Such establishments exclude minors by reason of age. <br /> Typical uses include adult bookstores, er adult movie theaters, topless bars, and juice bars. <br /> Section 4.
