Section 9-115.315, Chapter 9-115, Division 1, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 9-115.315 Adult Entertainment. The Adult Entertainment use type refers to those establishments primarily engaged in either the selling or renting of sexually explicit materials,err the showing of X-rated motion pictures, the selling of any food or beverage served by employees that are partially or totally nude, or conducting live entertainment wherein an employee or performer engages in partial or total nudity. A business is considered to be primarily engaged in the above activities if it receives twenty five percent (25%) or more of its gross revenue from or devote twenty five percent(25%) or more of the stock on hand or twenty five percent (25%) or more of the gross floor area to such activity. Such establishments exclude minors by reason of age. Typical uses include adult bookstores, er adult movie theaters, topless bars, and juice bars. Section 4.
