The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee currently is <br /> $1, 399 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square feet of building <br /> designated as "Warehouse" in the area. If no building <br /> permit is required, the fee will be exempt. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-90-304 and <br /> R-91-1025) <br /> C. Driveways on Comstock Road shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3622) <br /> d. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> the road right-of-way. (Streets and Highway Title <br /> Section 10-3103) <br /> e. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The <br /> fee currently is $88.89 per 1, 000 gross square feet of <br /> building designated as "Warehouse. " If no building <br /> permit is required, the fee will be exempt. The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 .5 <br /> percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for <br /> processing and administering the program. Resolution R- <br /> 91-327) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Submit three sets of feed facility construction plans to <br /> the Environmental Health Division for review and approval <br /> prior to issuance of building permits. (California <br /> Health and Safety Code, Section 27550) <br /> b. Because of the additional parking requirements, the <br /> existing septic tank on the north side of the restaurant <br /> will require a traffic slab installed under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br />
