Martin <br /> 10447 E. Waterloo Road, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to issuance of <br /> building permits. (California Health and Safety Code, Section 27550). <br /> b. Because of the additional parking requirements the existing septic tank on the <br /> north side of the restaurant will require a traffic slab installed under permit & <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. State on improvement plans a 200% expansion area for the disposal field that <br /> will be paved over. Also show a 100% expansion area for the system that is <br /> located on the south side of the restaurant. These areas must be barricaded <br /> so they cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 40 <br />
