RECIPROCAL PARKING AGREEMENT <br /> Dated: March 30, 2006 <br /> By and Between <br /> Larry Kundert <br /> and <br /> New Beginnings Deliverance Center Pentecostal/Apostolic Church <br /> This Reciprocal Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is made as of March 30, 2006 by and <br /> between Larry Kundert and New Beginnings Deliverance Center Pentecostal/Apostolic Church <br /> (collectively the "parties") based upon the following facts: <br /> The parties desire to enter into an agreement to share parking on the two adjacent parcels of <br /> land located on Waterloo Road in Stockton, CA. Larry Kundert is the owner of record of the <br /> properties located at 2579-2613 E. Waterloo Road ("Larry's Industrial Park") and New <br /> Beginnings Deliverance Center Pentecostal/Apostolic Church is owner of record of the property <br /> located at 2571 E Waterloo Road ("New Beginnings Deliverance Center") in Stockton, CA. It is <br /> hereby agreed as follows: <br /> 1. New Beginnings Deliverance Center Pentecostal/Apostolic Church shall have the right to <br /> utilize the parking lot of Larry's Industrial Park after normal business hours on Saturday <br /> and Sunday; <br /> 2. New Beginnings Deliverance Center Pentecostal/Apostolic Church shall have the right to <br /> utilize the parking lot of Larry's Industrial Park for special event parking. In this case, <br /> New Beginnings Deliverance Center Pentecostal/Apostolic Church must have provided <br /> Larry Kundert prior written notice of said event and must receive written approval from <br /> Larry Kundert in order to secure parking for said special event. <br /> 3. Larry's Industrial Park tenants shall have the rights to utilize the parking lot of New <br /> Beginnings Deliverance Center Pentecostal/Apostolic Church from 8:OOam to 5:OOpm <br /> during normal business days Monday through Friday. <br /> In the event of change of ownership to one or any of the properties identified herein, this <br /> Agreement shall be subject to review and approval of the new owner of record and shall <br /> AGREED AND ACCEPTED <br /> Larry's Industrial Park: New Beginnings Deliverance Center <br /> Pentecostal/Apostolic Church: <br /> By: By' s e,✓ �«T <br /> Laffy Kundert Bis op Lewis D.
