Building#1, #2 and#4 to be used for any permitted use in the C-G zone. Building #3 to be used for personal storage only. Building#4 is existing. PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of Waterloo Road,450 feet west of Sunset Avenue, Stockton (APN/Address: 119-210-09; 2605 E.Waterloo Road, Stockton) (Supervisorial District 1) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than May 5, 2004. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on May 12, 2004.
