May 4, 2004 TO: San Joaquin County Community Development Department FROM: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department CONTACT PERSON: Mike Eseotto, R.E.H.S, PHONE NUMRF.R: (209)468-3443 RE: PA-04-152 (SA), Attention: Raymond lloo 2605 East Waterloo Road, Stockton The Environmental 1 lealth Department has the following concerns on this pre-application that need to be addressed: A, Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). B. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted.prior to the issuance of a building permit(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). C. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- 2400. D. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s)and removal of all demolition material from premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401.
