Attending <br /> the meeting were you and Wayne Smith representing City of Stockton (COS), <br /> Jeanne Homsey representing ATC Associates (ATC), William Little representing <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE), and Dot Lofstrom and Jeff Wong <br /> representing PHS/EHD. The following is a summary of the site discussions at <br /> the meeting and other comments. <br /> Fontana Drive at Smith Canal <br /> PHS/EHD has reviewed the pump test report dated September 19, 2000 <br /> prepared by ATC. A closure report dated March 15, 2001 including a <br /> mass balance remaining calculation was submitted to PHS/EHD at the <br /> meeting. PHS/EHD will review the closure report within one month. The <br /> decision on "no further action required" as recommended by the closure <br /> report will be made after discussing the site with the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> 110 W. Sonora <br /> COS is currently accepting bids for the work proposed in Design Plans <br /> and Specifications for Soil and Groundwater remediation dated October 5, <br /> 2000 prepared by ATC Associates, Inc. COS anticipates awarding the bid <br /> in about three weeks. <br /> 1740 Houston <br /> The City of Stockton and PHS/EHD agreed that the next Quarterly <br /> Monitoring event should be performed by June 20, 2001. The report of <br /> the Quarterly Monitoring will include a mass balance calculation, a <br /> conclusion on why the site should be considered for closure, and a 2000 <br /> feet radius well survey. PHS/EHD agrees that analyses for diesel is not <br /> warranted. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
