Respirator cartridges, per-filters, inner gloves and <br /> coveralls will be placed in a drum on-site for disposal. No one <br /> will exit the site with contaminated clothing or equipment. <br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> The potential exists for fire, explosion or toxic material f <br /> release during on-site activities. Prior to commencement of any h <br /> activities, personnel will have available telephone numbers and <br /> contacts for emergency response assistance including: <br /> Ambulance i <br /> O Fire Department h <br /> o hospital <br /> U Poison control Center <br /> o Community Evacuation Contact <br /> 1 r <br /> Emergency equipment on-site will include: <br /> s. <br /> O Portable eyewash bottles <br /> o A dry chemical fire extinguisher <br /> G Industrial first aid kit <br /> SITE SECURITY <br /> F. Access during all on-site activities will be restricted to <br /> authorized personnel. 011 personnel and as%thorized visitors must <br /> contact the Safety Coordinator/Project Manager prior to entering <br /> and exiting site. <br /> r <br /> RECORD KEEPING <br /> All site safety records pertaining to the site characterization <br /> study will be maintained by the Safety Coordinator/Prosect <br /> Manager throughout the prosect. <br /> AIR MONITORING a. <br /> The Safety Coordinator/Protect Manager will conduct periodic air <br /> monitoring using direct reading sampling equipment as required. <br /> At a minimum the foll_,wing monitoring u-M be performed. <br />
