In addition, the <br /> individual or individuals authorizing the continued investigation <br /> shall provide identification with respect to their title of <br /> authority. <br /> Include in all proposals and reports a site specific Health and <br /> Safety Plan describing personal protection for all field <br /> personnel (see 29 CFR 1910. 120 of OSHA regulations) . <br /> This protection should include the use of personal <br /> protective equipment such as coveralls, gloves, steel toe <br /> and shank shoes or boots (leather or chemical resistant <br /> material) , safety glasses, and hard hats.
