R5-2007-0715 <br /> FOR <br /> STEVE GIKAS AND FAMILY <br /> CALIFORNIA NUGGETS, INC. <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> TO ALL CONCERNED PERSONS AND AGENCIES: <br /> Enclosed is a Cleanup and Abatement Order (CAO) No. R5-2007-0715 for the California <br /> Nuggets, Inc. wastewater facility in San Joaquin County. <br /> Please note that the CAO contains compliance schedules with specific timetables for submitting <br /> reports and conducting studies of the wastewater system. The first scheduled due date is <br /> 2 July 2007 when implementation of the Monitoring and Reporting Program is required. Please <br /> note that the CAO contains requirements for flow monitoring, removal of ion exchange brine <br /> from the wastewater, an Interim Cropping Plan, Wastewater Characterization, and a Report of <br /> Waste Discharge. Please review the document closely so that you may establish the <br /> appropriate schedules for sampling and report preparation. <br /> In order to conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, a paper copy of the final CAO has been <br /> sent only to the Discharger.
