Fremont Street, Stockton (San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> 137-230.01) for the purpose of collecting and testing soil and groundwater samples in <br /> and on the subject property-Activities are further described in the letter dated July 2, <br /> 1999 from Philip G. Smith of Treadwell &Rollo, Inc. to the City of Stockton. A copy <br /> Of the letter and a map of the subject parcel are attached as Exhibit "A_" <br /> It is understood that the City of Stockton shall indemnify and hold Grantor harmless <br /> from any liability resulting from the use and occupancy of said property under this <br /> right of entry. It is further understood that the City of Stockton shall return rhe <br /> property to its original or better condition immediately after said soil and water <br /> samples have been collected_ The City will be responsible for properly handling ad <br /> sample materials requiring disposal.
