EI Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> SITE CERTIFICATION FOR THE NORTH SHORE PROPERTY, STOCKTON, <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Mr. Ingraham: <br /> The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has received a copy of the signed, <br /> notarized and recorded Deed Restriction restricting specific land use at the property <br /> identified as the North Shore Property (Site) in Voluntary Cleanup Agreement (VCA) Docket <br /> Numbers HSA-A 99/00-046 and VCA Docket HSA-A 03/04-077. Previously, DTSC <br /> approved remedial action objectives (RAOs, i.e. cleanup goals) in a Remedial Action Plan <br /> and remedial activities that were completed to meet the RAOs. Based upon the recording <br /> of the Site-specific Deed Restriction, DTSC hereby certifies that the final remedial actions <br /> have been implemented. Enclosed is DTSC's Remedial Action Certification Form. As with <br /> any property, if previously unidentified contamination is discovered on the property, <br /> additional assessment, investigation, and/or remediation may be required. <br /> DTSC appreciates your efforts in remediating this Site to allow for commercial/industrial <br /> land use.
