EI Dorado Street, Suite 200 <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> NORTH SHORE PROPERTY/BANNER ISLAND, CITY OF STOCKTON, <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: APPROVAL OF DRAFT REMEDIAL <br /> ACTION PLAN <br /> Dear Mr. Pinkerton: <br /> This letter is to notify you that the Draft Remedial Action Plan (Draft RAP) for the North <br /> Shore Property/Banner Island has been approved. The Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (DTSC) determined that the Draft RAP satisfactorily addresses <br /> the applicable Sate and federal statutes and regulations. The City of Stockton shall <br /> make the following changes to the document before it is finalized. <br /> 1 . The Title/Cover Page shall be modified to: Final Remedial Action Plan <br /> Enclosed are copies of the Response to Comments, the Special Initial Study, and the <br /> Negative Declaration for inclusion into the Final RAP. Two copies of the Final RAP, <br /> incorporating the above changes, shall be submitted to DTSC and one copy shall be <br /> submitted to the public repository within 15 days of the date of this letter. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Jerry Lile at (916) 255-3744. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> James L.
