The Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (DTSC) determined that the Draft RAP satisfactorily addresses <br /> the applicable Sate and federal statutes and regulations. The City of Stockton shall <br /> make the following changes to the document before it is finalized. <br /> 1 . The Title/Cover Page shall be modified to: Final Remedial Action Plan <br /> Enclosed are copies of the Response to Comments, the Special Initial Study, and the <br /> Negative Declaration for inclusion into the Final RAP.
