Mr Steve Jerkins <br /> Crystal Creamery D <br /> 1013 D Street <br /> Sacramento, California 95814 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT <br /> 404 WEST FREMONT STREET <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WYA No 1628 08 <br /> Dear Mr Jerkins, <br /> As required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, we are submitting <br /> this quarterly status report for the subject property located at 404 West Fremont <br /> Street in Stockton, California (Plate 1) <br /> Most recent ground water elevation measurements of the six on-site monitoring <br /> wells (MW1 through MW6 and city of Stockton Well SMW2) were obtained on <br /> March 31, 1997 Based on these most recent ground water elevation <br /> # measurements, ground water is approximately 16 feet below grade and the flow <br /> direction beneath the site is calculated to be to the northeast with a variable <br /> gradient <br /> Geotechntcai Engineering <br /> Prior to sampling, each well was checked for visual signs of free product using a <br /> Engineering Gwlogy cleat,bailer Approximately three well volumes of water were purged from each <br /> EnvironmentalCamiliung well using a two-inch submersible pump until temperature, pH, and conductivity <br /> readings stabilized and/or the water cleared of sediment The water samples were <br /> RemedtaWn Services then collected through the sampling pump Sample water pumped from the well <br /> << was poured into appropriate sample containers provided by the laboratory <br /> Construction inspection <br /> t <br /> l+alatertaisTesting The samples were immediately placed in an ice-chest with ice and submitted under <br /> ychain-of-custody to a California-certified laboratory for analysis of Total Petroleum <br /> Hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline using EPA test method 8015 modified, Benzene, <br /> Toluene, Ethylbenzene and Total Xylenes(BTE3 ) and Methyl-tertrairy-Butyl <br /> 3050 lndus[rtal Blvd - -Ether (MtBE) using EPA tes�method 8420/602, Alkalinity using EPA test method <br /> { r 4 West Sacramento 310 1, Hardness using EPA test method 130 2, Nitrates using EPA test method <br /> " y 353 3 and Dissolved Iron using EPA test method 200 7 <br /> r CA 95691 <br /> Fax 916 372 2565 <br /> 916 372 1434 <br /> Recycled!"per <br />
