May 18, 1995 <br /> WALLACE • KUHL <br /> ' &ASSOCIATES INC <br /> Mr Steve Jerkins <br /> Crystal Creamery � n <br /> 1013 D Street 6f <br /> Sacramento, California 95814 r <br /> 1 '9 o <br /> �I�i2a 1995 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT pFRM�Ms�TV�H�q� <br /> 404 WEST FREMONT STREET /CFS Ty <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WKA No 1628 04 <br /> Dear Mr Jerkins, <br /> As required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, we are submitting <br /> this quarterly status report for the subject property located at 404 West Fremont <br /> Street in Stockton, California (Plate 1) <br /> Most recent ground water elevation measurements of the six on-site monitoring <br /> wells (MWI through MW6) and one off-site monitoring well (SMW2) were <br /> obtained on March 31, 1995 Based on these most recent ground water elevation <br /> measurements, ground water is approximately 24 feet below grade and the flow <br /> Geotechnical Engineering <br /> direction beneath the site is calculated to be to the northeast with a hydraulic <br /> Engineering Geology gradient ranging between 0 002 and 0 005 feet/foot as shown on Plate 2 <br /> Environmental Consulting <br /> E Ground water samples were obtained from on-site monitoring wells MWI through <br /> Remediation Services MW6 and off-site monitoring well SMW2 on March 31, 1995 Prior to sampling, <br /> Construction Inspection each well was checked for visual signs of free product using a clear bailer <br /> Noticeably absent was the sheen of product that has been observed floating on the <br /> Materials Testing water in well MWI for the last four quarters <br /> r {� <br /> Approximately three to five well volumes of water were purged from wells MWI <br /> 3050 Industrial Blvd through MW6 and well SMW2 using a two-inch submersible pump until - — <br /> temperature, pH, and conductivity readings stabilized and/or the water cleared <br /> West Sacramento <br /> of sediment The water samples were then collected using a new polyethylene <br /> CA 95691 disposable bailer Water from the disposable bailer was decanted into appropriate <br /> i Fax 916 372 2565 sample containers provided by the laboratory <br /> 916 372 1434 <br /> Recycled Muff <br />
