He indicated no specific knowledge of existing records of tank maintenance, leaks, spills or <br /> accidents He also indicated that he had no personal knowledge of fill or use records <br />' Proiggt Rist r <br /> The following information was obtained during a review of files located at the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) <br />' One 10,000-gallon unleaded gasoline storage tank was removed from the site on September 3, <br /> 1986 Analytical results of soil samples collected from beneath the tank by Mr Michael Ramos, <br />' immediately following the tank removal, revealed Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon as gasoline <br /> (TPH-g) concentrations ranging from <20 mg/kg to 3,600 mg/kg <br /> t <br /> On October 29, 1986 Applied GeoSystems (AGS) drilled and sampled two soil borings Boring <br />' B1 was advanced to 21 5 feet below grade, ground water was encountered at 16 3 feet below <br /> grade during drilling Boring B2, which was subsequently converted to monitoring well MW1, <br />' was advanced to 38 5 feet below grade, ground water was reportedly encountered at 18 feet <br /> below grade during drilling One soil sample collected at 15 feet below grade from each boring <br />' was tested and revealed TPH-g concentrations of 0 2 mg/kg in the sample from boring B1 and <br /> 28 6 mg/kg in the sample from boring B2 <br />' In addition to the soil borings, AGS deepened the existing excavation and obtained soil samples <br /> S1 and S2 at depths of 14 and 12 feet, respectively Test results revealed TPH-g concentrations <br /> WALRecyrlc L [� <br /> Er ASSOCIATES <br /> ATES I ,NC <br />
