The sample was concentrated on a Tekmar <br /> LSC-2 and ALS automatic sampler prior to injection into a 5890 <br /> Hewlett Packard gas chromatograph fitted with a Photo-Ionization <br /> detector (PID) and a Flame Ionization detector (FID) .
