All samples will be stored in an ice chest containing ice and transported under chain-of-custody documentation. • Upon completion of our field work,preparing a detailed report of findings which will include: a site plan showing the location of each soil boring, a log of the borings describing soil types, laboratory test results with chain-of-custody documentation, a discussion of our findings, as well as conclusions and recommendations. Special Consideration: The well will be constructed using push technology drilling equipment by special authorization from SJCPHSD. The push technology equipment is being used to drill the well because of overhead utility restrictions. To comply with the San Joaquin County well ordinance for annular space, the top four feet of the well will be hand excavated to provide a minimum of two inches of annular space and a suitable sanitary seal. A more comprehensive discussion is provided in the attached field procedures.
