A minimum of six soil vapor samples z <br /> will be obtained from VEW 1 at 15 minutes, 45 minute, 1'/2 hours, 3 hours, <br /> 5%Z hours and 8 hours into the pilot test. A flame ionization detector(FID) <br /> will be used to monitor off-gas emissions from the extraction well and after <br /> the carbon filter every 15 minutes during the pilot test <br /> - • <br /> Geotecl;nical Engineering. two 175-pound vapor-phase granular activated carbon canisters (biofilters) <br /> F" <br /> will be used to treat off-gas emissions (remove petroleum hydrocarbons) <br /> The canisters will be equipped with sampling ports, <br /> Engineering Geology during the test: <br /> '$ temperature gauges, pressure gauges and an exhaust stack.
