Parcel Map Waiver <br /> �r <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1810 EAST HAZELTON AVENUE <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95205 <br /> TELEPHONE: ( 209 ) 468-3120 <br /> ❑ APPLICATION TYPE <br /> Minor Subdivision <br /> File No . 14IS - cla - IS_V_ <br /> ❑ REQUEST REVIEW <br /> 1 . The request for waiver will be reviewed and acted on by <br /> the Director of Planning and Building Inspection and the <br /> County Surveyor . If they can make all of the required <br /> findings , they will approve the request . This action can <br /> be appealed to the Planning Commission. <br /> 2 . If the Parcel Map is waived, certificates of compliance <br /> will be executed for the new parcels . Certificate of <br /> Compliance applications will be required to be filed for <br /> each new parcel . These applications need to include the <br /> new legal description, but deeds are not required. These <br /> Certificate of Compliance applications will be granted a <br /> 50% reduction in the required fee if filed with the Parcel <br /> Map waiver request or within 30 calendar days thereafter . <br /> ❑ BASIS FOR REQUEST <br /> State the basis for the request for waiver . Comments should <br /> be directed at the findings required on the next page :The exterior <br /> boundaries within which the proposed Minor Subdivision is located were completely surveyed <br /> by Record of Survey - A new parcel map is not required to insure proper legal <br /> description of the property, nor to locate property lines. The proposal conforms with the <br /> Subdivision Map Act and policies of this Division; and conforms to State and County require- <br /> ments for area; improvement, design and floodwater drainage control. Appropriate improved <br /> public roads are available. Adequate sanitary disposal facilities and water supply are <br /> available on-site. The proposal will not have an adverse effect on the environment Proposal <br /> conforms to County-General Plan &- Planning Title and to all other County Ordinances, <br /> ❑ FINDINGS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL <br /> (STAFF USE ONLY ) <br /> Prior to' approving a request for a Parcel Map Waiver , the <br /> County must make the following findings: <br /> (a ) The proposal conforms with the Subdivision Map Act and this <br /> Division; and .. .: . . <br /> e : <br /> 1v <br /> "' 1 - ( 12/88 ) <br /> Parcel Map Waiver <br />
