Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of develoment. <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division as follows: <br /> Eliminate the cross connection from the well to the <br /> stand pipe. <br />
