If the access is provided along the south side of the <br /> quarter section line to Sowles Road, the owner shall <br /> execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a twenty-five <br /> foot (251 ) wide right-of-way along the south side if the <br /> quarter section line across Parcel 1. <br /> h. The access road shall be improved in accordance with <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 207 and <br /> the Liberty Fire District. <br /> i. If the primary access is taken along the quarter-section <br /> line to Liberty Road, an all weather crossing across the <br /> creek shall be provided with approval from the San <br /> Joaquin County Flood Control District, as specified by <br /> MS-88-85. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> preformed prior to Parcel Map approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of develoment. <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division as follows: <br /> Eliminate the cross connection from the well to the <br /> stand pipe. <br />
