PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior <br /> to Parcel Map approval indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division on <br /> Parcels #1 and #2 . <br /> C. An Improvement Plan shall be submitted showing the location <br /> of the well and sewage disposal area (including a 100% <br /> expansion) . <br />
