The septic <br /> systems were installed between June 7, 1962 and <br /> March 30, 1990. No problems were recorded for either <br /> of the existing septic systems . <br /> Existing Use <br /> The existing 5 .0 acres is in grapes along with two <br /> homes . <br /> Percolation Tests <br /> Two percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" ,published by the U.S. <br /> Department of Health, Education and Welfare and per <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District . <br /> On August 20, 21 , 1990 , two percolation tests were performed <br /> by me on the above referenced property in conformance <br /> with the San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . The <br /> approximate location of the test holes are shown <br /> on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 had a percolation rate of <br /> 10 minutes per inch and a 6000 Sq.Ft . minimum usable <br /> disposal area is recommended for each parcel . <br /> A soil profile was not performed because the depth to <br /> water is in excess of 70 ' . <br />
