Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . OAKDALE IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. An O.I.D. easement for the 60 foot wide Hirschfield <br /> Lateral as shown on the attached map. This easement must <br /> be prepared as a separate document with legal description <br /> acceptable by O. I.D. , signed by the present owner and the <br /> District, and recorded, in San Joaquin County. Indicate <br /> the easement on the parcel map and label it "O. I.D. <br /> Easement" , followed by the recording data. (Instrument <br /> number and date) <br /> b. At the time of transfer of ownership of Parcel 2 and 3 , <br /> conveyance must also include private irrigation and <br /> drainage easements 20 feet wide for the benefit of <br /> adjoining lands, as indicated on the enclosed map. The <br /> Parcel Map shall include a note near the private <br /> easements which, for each respective easement shall read <br /> as indicated below: <br /> Conveyance of Parcel #2 must include: <br /> 1. An easement on the west of Parcel 2 for irrigation <br /> service to the north. Note to be: "A 20 foot wide <br /> private irrigation easement across Parcel 2 for the <br /> benefit of APN # 207-280-03 shall be conveyed at the <br /> time of conveyance of ownership of Parcel #211 . <br /> 2 . An easement on the east of Parcels #2 and #3 for <br /> irrigation service to the south. Note to be: "A <br /> 20 foot wide private irrigation easement across <br /> Parcels #2 and #3 for the benefit of Parcel #3 and <br /> APN # 207-280-09 shall be conveyed at the time of <br /> conveyance of ownership of Parcel #211 . <br /> Conveyance of Parcel #3 must include: <br /> 1.
