Introduction This study was prepared to satisfy the requirements of Minor Subdivision MS 90-123. The property is adjacent to and West of the proposed "Acampo Village" Subdivision . The Soils Suitability study for that project is incorporated into this report . Proposed Development There is no proposed development . The project created three parcels , the smallest being 23± acres. However , the potential does exist for three home sites. See Exhibit I Present and Past Use of Site The property has been planted in vineyard for over forty years . There are no structures on the site. Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Use and Ground Water Table There are presently no septic systems for approximately 'le mile North or East of the site, however some are proposed . ( See "Acampo Village" ) To the South, three property owners were contacted . The location of their properties are shown on Exhibit 1 and the results of those contacts are as follows: A. Owner : Art Hoffman B Age of House and Septic System: 30 years C. Comments: Mr . Hoffman states the ground water was between 60 and 70 feet deep ( I believe he was referring to the depth of the well ) . He also stated that the leach line plugged and was replaced in 1986. A. Owner : Carl Wishek B. Age of Septic System: 19 years C. Comments: He has has no problems with the leach lines and his groundwater depth is 35 feet . To the West there are three dwellings with septic tanks. Mr. Lutz and Mr. Aberle have septic systems. The systems are located 800 and 1100 feet respectively West of the subject site and neither party has had a problem. According to Mr. Lutz , the main irrigation well , approximately 1100 feet East of the site, was recently inspected and the water table was 65 feet . I sounded a large irrigation well near the Northwest corner of the project site and measured the water table at 45 feet . 1
