KLEINFELUER
File No. 20-3389-01
September 24 , 1990
This completes our scope of work at this time. Based on the above
information, it appears that the 500-acre property is suitable for
the use of 4 septic systems on the proposed 4 parcels. However,
due to the relatively high groundwater, it is possible that if
groundwater rises it could reduce the percolation rates of the
leach fields. In addition, this report does not address the
potential for the septic systems to affect the quality of
groundwater. However, the near-surface water is considered
nonpotable and is not used or domestic purposes. If wells are
constructed in the future, the county requirements for location
and construction of wells should be followed. Continuous
monitoring of the septic systems should be maintained throughout
the duration of their use.
Once this report is reviewed by the local health district, we would
be pleased to provide a proposal for whatever additional
information the County may require for their evaluation.
