DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The 60 foot wide easement for P.G. &E. and Pacific Bell Company <br /> shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> b. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> C. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on <br /> the Parcel Map. <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 739 . 00 for each <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Lodi area. The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed, for <br /> parcel #1 and remainder of land, prior to the Final Map <br /> approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. <br />
