Lower Sacramento Road, A ampo, <br /> CA, 95220. <br /> Existing Septic Systems <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for <br /> the area in the immediate vicinity of the subject property. <br /> Permits were found for seven properties . The septic <br /> systems were installed between June 12 , 1967 and <br /> October 10 , 1988 . A septic system located at <br /> 24024 N. Lower Sacramento Road was repaired May 12 , 1980 . <br /> Existing Use <br /> The existing north 12 acres was in grapes until the <br /> fall of 1990 at which time they were removed . It is <br /> now bare land. There is also an existing home on this <br /> proposed 12 acre parcel . The south 18 acre parcel is <br /> in pasture . <br /> Percolation Tests <br /> Two percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" , published by the U.S . <br /> Department of Health, Education and Welfare and per <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District . <br /> On November 19, 20, 1990 , two percolation tests were performed <br /> by me on the above referenced property in conformance <br /> with the San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. The <br /> approximate location of the test holes are shown <br /> on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> Parcel A had a percolation rate of 60 minutes per <br /> inch. Parcel B had a percolation rate of 48 minutes <br /> per inch. <br /> A 12 ,000 Sq. Ft . minimum usable disposal area is <br /> recommended for each parcel . <br /> A soil profile was not performed because the depth to <br /> water is in excess of 50 ' . <br />
