A homesite for <br /> retirement purposes may only be created if it is to include an <br /> existing residence, as required by Section 9-4010. 2 (c) : <br /> "Homesite Parcel for Retirement Purposes. A homesite parcel <br /> contiaining a minimum of one and one-half (1 1/2) acres may <br /> be created from a parcel twenty (20) acres or larger in size <br /> to permit the owner-operator to retain his existing <br /> residence. . . ” <br /> A continuance was requested by Richard Bishop on July 20, 1990, to <br /> allow him time to review the problem. On August 21, 1990, I told <br /> him I would have to withdraw the application if a solution was not <br /> found in seven days. On August 29 , I sent a letter to Mr. Bishop <br /> letting him know that the application would be withdrawn if the <br /> issue was not resolved by September 5, 1990.
