As <br /> mentioned, Parcel 3 ( 1 . 9 Acre) now contains the modular home and <br /> a metal building which the present owner consructed about 5 <br /> years ago. <br /> IV SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There is a 1, 200 gallon septic tank and a leach field on the <br /> property. The septic system is located to the north of the <br /> modular home (see sketch) . <br /> V INTERVIEWS <br /> The owner and neighbors within close proximity of the site were <br /> interviewed by Mr. Tucker of our firm. The following <br /> information was obtained: <br /> OWNER: Mr. Raymond Greer <br /> 26414 E. Lone Tree Road <br /> Escalon, CA <br /> Mr. Greer has lived at this location for about 5 years . He <br /> reports no problems with the existing septic system since living <br /> at this location. The leach field for his septic tank is <br /> located north of the septic tank. <br /> TENANT: Mr. Greg Jackson <br /> 25650 E. Lone Tree Road <br /> Escalon, CA <br /> Mr. Jackson has resided at this location for about 9 years .
