Contact the local fire department, and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> for applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to SJCEHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council"UST Installer/Retrofitter" <br /> certification must be onsite AT ALL TIMES when work is performed. <br /> 4. A"Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" shall be <br /> submitted by the owner or the owners'agent [pursuant to California Code of Regulation <br /> (CCR)2635(d)] before this upgrade will be considered complete by SJCEHD. <br /> 5. If concrete is broken over the tank you must arrange the following inspection appointments; <br /> a. Corrosion protection: prior to backfilling around the spill buckets,corrosion protection <br /> of the risers must be verified. <br /> b. Overfill prevention: overfill prevention system in compliance with CCR 2635 (b)(2) <br /> must be verified. <br /> c. Spill Bucket: after concrete is poured, verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and conduct a <br /> 30-minute lake test in compliance with CCR 2635(b)(1). Proper drainage must also be <br /> verified. <br /> d. Third party tank integrity tests must be performed once concrete is poured,prior to the <br /> contractor signing off of the jobsite. The test results must be submitted to SJCEHD <br /> within 7 days of completing this project. <br /> 6. If concrete is not broken over the tank then only a final inspection is required which will <br /> consist of the following: verify minimum 5-gallon capacity,conduct a 30-minute lake test in <br /> compliance with CCR 2635(b)(1),verify overfill prevention system in compliance with CCR <br /> 2635(b)(2). <br /> 7.
