Both medical and air <br /> monitoring data will be retained for the time period required by OSHA in various standards [29 CFR 1910.20(D)(i), <br /> 1910.20(D)(ii), 1910.1018, 1910.1025]. Training records are maintained in project files and on DCM's personal <br /> identification cards and are available for inspection at all times. Subcontractors are required to have similar documents <br /> available for inspection as required. <br /> All personnel associated with work at a site will be required to sign a statement indicating that they have read,and will <br /> comply with the site safety plan. This signature page will also include information on their training and medical <br /> surveillance status. <br /> 4 <br />
