A complete description of work performed must be submitted prior to scheduling <br /> the final inspection. <br /> 2. If any piping is to be repaired or replaced Environmental Health must be notified <br /> so that an inspection can be arranged. Per Environmental Health assessment of <br /> findings, new plans and a permit application may be required to be submitted. <br /> 3. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br /> 4. A line integrity test on the primary and secondary piping of all exposed lines must <br /> be performed and results received by this office prior to scheduling a final <br /> inspection. <br /> 5. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test will <br /> be required. <br /> 6. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to returning this station into full <br /> service.
