For the removal plan
deficiencies you will find, a new "Application for permit for
underground storage tank closure" , a new Monitoring and Response
Plan for San Joaquin County and new decontamination verbiage
pertaining to the removal of tanks. . . , enclosed.
As per the installation deficiencies, a new site plan with
existing utilities is enclosed on a 8 1/2" by 11" . You will also
find a new response plan which address the proposed method and
equipment to be used for removing hazardous materials including
excess contaminated water from a holding facility.
Our monitoring plan states, that in the event of a leak that the
product will be contained in the annular space, true. Once the
primary tank develops a holy:, the liquid in the annular space and
the primary tank will seek a common level , thus causing the water
level to drop while raising the product level . The only way that
excess fluid could spill into other areas would be if additional
fluid was being added into the system. I have enclosed cut
sheets from Owens-Corning depicting various situation regarding
tank leaks.
The tank level gauge used on this project will be a Veeder Root
TLS 250.
Yes, we will be installing a OPW 61 SO at this site.
bRANCHESs LARKSPUR,CA(415)461-0990 PlUTALUMA,CA(707)765-10410
