'h' M CHRONOLOGY Colberg Boat Works Inc. 848 W Fremont St. Stockton CA 95203 05/16/86 Removed 4 underground storage tanks (UST): 1) Three UST in a cluster: one 8,000 gallon diesel UST (Tank#1), and two 550--gallon diesel UST (Tank#2,Tank#3) 2) One 1,000-gallon unleaded gasoline UST (Tank #4). Excavation was left open until.1988. ! Laboratory results of the soil samples from beneath the gasoline tank indicated contamination. Analytical results of the samples beneath the diesel tanks were not analyzed for extractahle TPH and the detection limits for the volatile constituents were high. 02/24/88 Date of Unauthorized Release Report (UAR). 03/14/88 Soil samples and grab groundwater sample were collected from the open excavation of Tank #4. Analytical results of the soil samples were non detect with high detection limits. The groundwater sample had benzene at 1200 ug/l. 11/28/94 Date of work plan to advance 10 to 14 soil probes at the site. 12/12/94 Probes (P-1 through P-11) advanced around the site at both former UST areas and former boat work repair areas. Soil samples were collected for laboratory analyses looking for petroleum related organics, metals,and halogenated volatiles (solvents). Results of the water sample from P-3, approximately 20 feet south of the gasoline tank,were 28 ug/1 of Benzene. 12/113/94 A "Notice of Reimbursement"was sent to the responsible party as notification that the site had been entered into the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) Local Oversight Program (LOP). 01/23/95 Date of the Phase II Site Assessment Report of the December 1994 work. 04/03/95 Date of the Addendum to the 1/23/95 report. 02/13/97 Date of work plan to install 6 monitoring wells. 07/28-29/97 Installed 6 monitoring wells (MW) around the former diesel tank cluster (MW4 through MW-6) and gasoline tank (MW-1 through MW-3). 08/21/97 Date of"Results of Subsurface Investigation" reporting July 1997 work.
