(Apex) were advanced at the site in September 1999. Analytical results of <br /> the sample collected at 20 feet below surface grade (bsg) from soil boring#21 (SB-21) were <br /> 0.030 rhilligrams per kilogram (mg/Kg) methyl tertiary butyl ether Q7 FBE). A mass balance of contaminants in the soil <br /> was not provided in this report. Previously a mass balance of contaminants in the soil was <br /> calculated to be 3.77 pounds of TPH g in the Mass Balrzrxe forRe=irang'7P'H g dated April 2, <br /> 1999 prepared by Apex. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division (PHS/El-M) <br /> has detexmned a no-further-action letter would not be granted for this site at this time. The <br /> prirnaryMaximurn Contaminant Levels (-M(]Ls) of MTBE in drinking water established by <br /> Lthe California Department of Health Services is 13 ug/L . :NMF_ had been consistently <br /> detected in MW-3 but in no other monitoring wells since 1997. The'L'=F,.detected in SB- <br /> 21 grab water sample is the highest level of\I TBE in ground-water reported at the site.
