BOX 881 ' STOCKTON, CA 95201 In accordance with Ordinance 085-87, passed by the Council of the i City of Stockton on October 26, '1987, a permit -revocable at the ! pleasure of the Public Works Director of the City of Stockton is hereby granted to : i GEORGE LECHICH DBA VALLEY SHOWCASE COMPANY to install and maintain a ground water monitoring well . ! This permit is granted under the following' terms and conditions : 1 . This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No. 22, 578 on December 5, 1960 , and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of f i Stockton. E . ' 2 . The general location of the wells shall be as shown on the map attached. The precise location shall be determined in the i field by the City of Stockton. 3 . The Permittee shall keep in full force and effect a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of. $500 . 00 during the life of f this permit. 4 . In accordance with Section 1 (h) of the "Standard Conditions ' Applicable to Revocable Permits, " the permittee shall provide and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of. public liability insurance against liability for injuries to i persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to the structure on City property,' in amounts to be determined by the Risk Manager. The policy of insurance so provided shall j contain a contractual liability endorsement covering •the liability assumed by the Permittee by the 'terms of his permit and shall contain a provision that such policy may not be cancelled except after thirty (30) days notice in writing to be given to the Risk Manager.
