BOX 881 <br /> ' STOCKTON, CA 95201 <br /> In accordance with Ordinance 085-87, passed by the Council of the i <br /> City of Stockton on October 26, '1987, a permit -revocable at the <br />! pleasure of the Public Works Director of the City of Stockton is <br /> hereby granted to : <br /> i <br /> GEORGE LECHICH DBA VALLEY SHOWCASE COMPANY <br /> to install and maintain a ground water monitoring well . <br />! This permit is granted under the following' terms and conditions : <br /> 1 . This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard <br /> Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by this <br /> City Council by Resolution No. 22, 578 on December 5, 1960 , and <br /> on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> f i Stockton. <br /> E . ' 2 . The general location of the wells shall be as shown on the map <br /> attached. The precise location shall be determined in the <br /> i field by the City of Stockton. <br /> 3 . The Permittee shall keep in full force and effect a Faithful <br /> Performance Bond in the amount of. $500 . 00 during the life of <br /> f this permit. <br /> 4 . In accordance with Section 1 (h) of the "Standard Conditions <br /> ' Applicable to Revocable Permits, " the permittee shall provide <br /> and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of. <br /> public liability insurance against liability for injuries to <br /> i persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to <br /> the structure on City property,' in amounts to be determined by <br /> the Risk Manager. The policy of insurance so provided shall <br /> j contain a contractual liability endorsement covering •the <br /> liability assumed by the Permittee by the 'terms of his permit <br /> and shall contain a provision that such policy may not be <br /> cancelled except after thirty (30) days notice in writing to <br /> be given to the Risk Manager.
