The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $915.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Warehouse in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$212.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Warehouse. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. 7. All new structures and/or substantial improvements constructed on this parcel shall be elevated a minimum of one(1) foot above the 100-year flood elevation of thirty(30) feet. 8. County Service Area No. 15 requires that the maximum sanitary sewer discharge rate for the proposed project shall not exceed 1,600 gallons per acre per day. Applicant shall submit a sanitary sewer generation study prior to release of building permit. (Resolution R-76-3076) NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1) acre of soil shall require a State NPDES construction permit.
