Kerry Sullivan -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-03-411 (SA) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $915.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square foot of building designated as Warehouse in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee <br /> is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$212.00 per 1,000 <br /> gross square foot of building designated as Warehouse. The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 7. All new structures and/or substantial improvements constructed on this parcel shall be elevated a <br /> minimum of one(1) foot above the 100-year flood elevation of thirty(30) feet. <br /> 8. County Service Area No. 15 requires that the maximum sanitary sewer discharge rate for the <br /> proposed project shall not exceed 1,600 gallons per acre per day.
