WILCOX ROAD (APN 101-021-65) (PA-0300411 SA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1. Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the <br /> City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign <br /> a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, <br /> and pay the applicable fees. <br /> 2.
