Whiskey Slough <br /> Road ) . <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administra- <br /> tion Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood Elevation <br /> will be approximately 7 feet NGVD. <br /> Whiskey Slough Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 <br /> feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> _ . An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site parking, <br /> and grading , shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval . Drainage shall be retained on-site . <br /> Drainage calculations shall be submitted as part of the <br /> Improvement Plans for approval . <br /> 2 .
