of land . <br /> STANDARD KENNEL CONDITIONS: <br /> 42. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construciton plans to the <br /> Health District for review prior to construction . The Health <br /> District has specific requirements for kennel construction . <br /> 43. kennels are subject to a yearly permit, environmental health <br /> fee and inspection by the Health District. <br /> 44. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting <br /> the requirements of the Health District shall be available for <br /> washing food preparation equipment, bathing of animals, as well as <br /> washing down shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> OIL OR GAS DRILLING CONDITIONS: <br /> 45. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees. <br /> 46. Provide an approved potable water supply for- 'all employees. <br /> 47. All unused or abandoned holes shall be filled with bentonite or <br /> other approved grout material as specified in San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862 and the surface left in its original condition . <br /> 48. Application for a drilling permit for test holes_ shall be <br /> submitted to the Health District before drilling commences. <br /> Application shall contain a map showing test hole location , depth <br /> and method of test hole destruction . <br /> 49. All gas or oil drilling operations shall be performed in <br /> accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the State <br /> Division of Oil and Gas, California Department of Conservation . <br /> EXCAVATION PERMIT CONDITIONS: <br /> 50. No excavation is permitted into the grOUnd water table without <br /> specific approval from the Regional Water Ouality Control Board , <br /> Central Valley Region . <br /> 51 . The materials from an excavation shall riot be deposited into any <br /> water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution thereof . <br /> 52. Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees. <br /> 53. Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all employees. <br /> Toilets must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. <br /> Handwashing facilities must be provided on or near the approved <br /> chemical toilets. <br /> B: LAND Revised 11/87 <br /> EH 07 01 12/87 <br />
