Construction of individual sewage disposal system for the proposed <br /> mobile home under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110. 3 & 9-1110. 4) . <br /> 2 . Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all <br /> demolition material from premises to an approved landfill site is <br /> required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, <br /> Section 5-2401. <br /> 3 . Provide potable safe water for the mobile home. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section 8- <br /> 1145. 5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 999 . 00 per multi-family dwelling unit in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on November 4 , 1996 . Renewal will <br /> require a new application with a new fee. The new address for <br /> the second unit dwelling is 8863 South Wolfe Road, French Camp <br /> CA 95231. <br />
