Scheiber <br /> RE: Lee Estates - SU90-18 (Tract No. 2380) APN 101-080-05 & 07 <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division will approve individual sewage disposal systems and water <br /> wells on each of the above referenced lots under the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The installation of septic systems must be under an <br /> application, permit, inspection and approved by this <br /> Department. Systems must consist of a septic tank, leach <br /> field and seepage pits sized at the time of construction <br /> according to San Joaquin County standards. The permit <br /> fee is $114 . 00. <br /> 2 . The installation of water wells and pumps must be under <br /> application, permit, inspection and approved by this <br /> Department. Wells are to have a minimum 100 foot cement <br /> grout seal and be installed according to San Joaquin <br /> County standards. The permit fee is $134 . 00. <br /> The water in the general vicinity has been found to be <br /> bacteriologically potable; however, chemical quality has not been <br /> ascertained.
